We kindly ask that if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you call the salon as soon as you are able to, with at least a 48-hour notice.

 

• Appointments made within the same 24-hour period must be cancelled/rescheduled within 4 hours of the appointment time or will be subject to our $25 cancellation fee.

• If you cancel or reschedule your future appointment with only 24- 48-hour notice, you are subject to up to 50% of the estimated total of your appointment.

• Same day cancellations will be considered a “no-show” and all no-shows are subject to up to 100% of the estimated total of your appointment.

We understand that accidents happen, people get sick, and emergencies occur.  We will do our best to accommodate these rare occasions with grace. We do record these occurrences, to prevent abuse of the policy. Our goal is to be preventative to protect and accommodate our team and our guests. Thank you for understanding.
