We always ask that you give as much notice as possible if you need to change or cancel your reservation. However, we do understand that there are sometimes extenuating circumstances. If you have to cancel your appointment with less than 1 full business day notice, or do not show up to your scheduled appointment, both are considered a "No Show". You may be asked to leave a deposit for your next appointment.
If we have several "No Shows" on your account, we may require a credit card to book your appointments, and charge the card the estimated amount of the appointment if missed, or 50% if cancelled. We appreciate your understanding!
